Section 10 Consultation
Under the Academies Act 2010, before the Secretary of State could consider entering into any funding agreement with Hopescourt School, a widespread consultation with our stakeholders on the question of whether such an arrangement should be entered into was required.
The Section 10 consultation for Hopescourt School ran from 11th September to 22nd October 2023 and we were delighted with the engagement from all stakeholders during this period.
